Club Registration
Registration is completed by club, not by individual. Each Pathfinder Club Director should submit one registration that includes everyone attending with the club:
- Pathfinders
- Adult Club Pathfinder Staff
- Adult Non-Staff
- Non-Pathfinder
- Children ages 5–8 Children ages 0–4
Club Directors are responsible for their registered Pathfinders and Adult Club Pathfinder Staff throughout the Camporee.

Camping
Pathfinders and Adult Club Pathfinder Staff will camp in tents on the Camporee grounds with their clubs.
Camping space will be assigned to each club based on the number of registered Pathfinders and staff. This allows the Camporee to provide adequate space for each club’s tents and camping area.
Adult Non-Staff
$70 Early Bird | $80 Regular
Registration includes camping with the club, Pathfinder Museum admission, Camporee T-shirt, Mount Rushmore Closing Ceremony seating, and restroom/shower access.
Adult Non-Staff are responsible for their own transportation throughout the Camporee. Camporee-provided bus transportation is reserved for registered Pathfinders and Adult Club Pathfinder Staff.
Field trips, Camporee gear other than the T-shirt, transportation, and guaranteed seating at daily assemblies are not included.
Non-Pathfinder Children Ages 5–8
$65 Early Bird | $65 Regular
Registration includes camping with the club, Pathfinder Museum admission, Camporee T-shirt, Mount Rushmore Closing Ceremony seating, and restroom/shower access.
Transportation is not included. Children ages 5–8 will travel with their accompanying adult using their own transportation.
Field trips, Camporee gear other than the T-shirt, transportation, and guaranteed seating at daily assemblies are not included.
Children Ages 0–4
FREE
Registration includes camping with the Pathfinder Club and restroom/shower access.
Camporee merchandise, museum admission, field trips, transportation, daily assembly seating, and Mount Rushmore Closing Ceremony seating are not included.
Transportation
This deserves its own short section because I think it will eliminate confusion:
Camporee-provided transportation is for registered Pathfinders and Adult Club Pathfinder Staff.
Adult Non-Staff and their children are responsible for providing their own transportation to Camporee activities and events.
For Thursday activities, clubs with registered Pathfinders and staff will indicate during registration whether Camporee transportation is needed. Clubs that are able to provide their own transportation are encouraged to do so.
Limited to 2,000
The Limitless Camporee is limited to 2,000 registered Pathfinders and Adult Club Pathfinder Staff Members.
Registration closes June 1, 2027, or earlier if the Camporee reaches capacity.
Club Directors are encouraged to register early to secure their club’s place.
